Een dikke en dunne viltstift - Black en Light - werden gebruikt voor de eerste schetsen van de Productus®. Met behoud van translatie, het contrastprincipe van schrijven met een brede pen.
Productus is verwant aan de Proforma Hierdoor zijn de Proforma en de Productus® goed te combineren. Een schreefletter met hoog kontrast (het verschil tussen de dunne en dikke stukken in een letter) zoals bij de Proforma is goed in harmonie met het lage kontrast van de Productus®.
De sjaals van Generous Gesture zijn met Productus ontworpen. De Productus is verkrijgbaar bij Font Bureau (http://fontbureau.com/fonts/Productus).
